The project was a Design & Build Contract working to a client performance specification and included carrying out incoming tenant alterations in a Six floor office/retail building.

Works consisted of liaising with local authority for licences, full access scaffold up to mansard roof level to facilitate external masonry restoration and decorations.

New roof coating system achieving a 20 year warranty and installation of architectural designed acoustic louvers.

Asbestos testing and removal to allow the works to progress safely. Structural and foundation works within the basement followed by a full tanking system. Replacement of all sash windows, doors & shop fronts with new hardwood frames and various glazing, new fire rated partitioning and doors to main staircase and all finished with a skim coat of plaster.

Installation of mains power with new distribution boards to each level and procurement of mechanical equipment ready for connections by others.
