Erection of full scaffold including Gantry level for hoist tower and mobile welfare unit to conform to CDM.  Extensive structural works to masonry works on gables, which included complete rebuild, repairs where masonry was generally defective, roof repairs and lead replacement, full façade cleaning and external decorations.

To complete: installation of bird deterrent to all ledges.
