After honing his skills as a carpenter and gaining a wealth of experience in the building industry, Leonard’s career saw him progress through the ranks from craftsman to supervisor and ultimately to senior management. With a passion for construction, Leonard founded Azone Projects in 2009. He wanted to establish an efficient and successful business, focusing on commercial projects in the industrial and office sectors. Leonard’s mission was to create a business that would utilise all of his construction knowledge and management expertise. This mission has been accomplished in Azone Projects, an innovative company dedicated to the highest standards in construction.
Peter has gained exceptional levels of knowledge and experience through a successful career in construction, spanning over four decades. Peter has dedicated many years to his role as Contracts Manager in both the commercial and residential sectors. The variety of projects that Peter has overseen serves to emphasise his skill base with his wide ranging experience encompassing major refurbishments; alterations; adaptions; repairs; and redecoration schemes.
Having cut his teeth in plastering and wet trades, Andy has been able to expand his skills over three decades and now holds a Contracts Manager role. Andy’s progression from tradesman to management has allowed him to understand all aspects of a project and the challenges which the team on the ground face. More importantly, he understands what it takes to achieve a successful project. Not only does Andy benefit from an expansive knowledge of construction, he has also been privileged enough to work on some very exclusive and high profile projects, including No.10 Downing Street and various other Heritage and Listed buildings, all of which have increased his knowledge and appreciation for specialised construction.
A credit to the Azone team, Paul is responsible for the Company’s Health & Safety Policies and Procedures and other Compliance matters. In addition to this, Paul still finds time to fulfil the role of Contracts Manager on a wide range of high profile projects in and around the City. He first discovered his interest in construction while working on various sites across the Capital. Paul continued to advance his skillset through his dedication allowing him to evolve in to more supervisory roles. Having gained a Higher National Diploma in Construction Studies Paul’s career elevated in to Office Management and beyond.
