Project Description:
A complete internal and external refurbishment of 2no warehouse units taking them back to a CAT A layout.
This included wall removals, ceiling replacements, mechanical and electrical reconfiguration and upgrades to new standards. Replacement of sectional shutter doors, roof and gutter overlay systems to raise EPC performance, warehouse floor repair works and epoxy floor coating.
Completed with full decorations and cleaning throughout leaving the unit ready for occupation.
