Project: Complete refurbishment of the entire unit to include the offices, warehouse floor, WC’s and kitchen following extensive damage by squatters.


Within the office, WC’s and kitchen the carpets/vinyl, ceiling, mechanical and electrical was completely replaced followed by full decorations to walls and woodwork.


The kitchen was replaced with new to bring a cleaner and fresher environment.

The warehouse area was opened up to create more storage space by removing block stores and emergency lighting was upgraded to conform to current regulations.
