Description: The project involved demolition and renovation works to a large industrial site bringing it back to original requirements of the landlord.
Works involved: Extensive strip-out and demolition of tenant installed production areas, reinstatement of large areas of the floor slab then coating, installation of new increased height warehouse doors, extensive replacement of cladding and roofing, provision of new heating systems, full decorations to warehouse and office areas, new ceilings and carpets, provision of a new dividing fence and gates.
