Internal and external refurbishment of an industrial unit after fire damage, which included extensive electrical replacement, asbestos removal, full roof replacement to upgrade to part L, ceiling replacement, new lighting installed throughout and decorations to all internal areas, which was all carried out whilst in occupation.
